America Ferrera
America Ferrera is an actress as well as a director and producer. She is worth $16 million. America Ferrera first gained recognition for her starring role in the 2002 movie "Real Women Are Curved." Ferrera went on to gain higher fame thanks to her performance in the feature film "The Sisterhood of The Traveling Pants" and on the ABC TV show "Ugly Betty." The other credits she has received comprise "The Dry Land", "Our Family Wedding," "End of Watch," as well as the NBC sitcom "Superstore". "America Ferrera was born April 18th, 1984 in Los Angeles, California as one of the six youngest children of Honduran immigrants from America and Carlos. The couple divorced when she was seven and her father returned to Honduras. Growing up in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angeles, Ferrera went to Calabash Street Elementary School before moving on to George Ellery Hale Middle School as well as El Camino Real High School. Ferrera was aware from a young time that she wanted to become an actor. In the tender age of 10, she played the Artful Dodger in "Oliver!" as well as later on in "Romeo and Juliet!"
